I have a problem

Your bike works with batteries
1/ Remove the console from stand and place 2 AAA bateries in the specially designated compartment at back of screen.
2/ Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and are in full contact with the springs.
3/ If the display is unreadable or incomplete, remove the batteries, wait fifteen seconds and put them back.
4/ If the problem persists, start again with new batteries.

Check that the cables are correctly connected behind the console and where the bracket joins the main frame of bicycle.

1- Make sure the switch on the rear of the console is on \"Km\" for a display in kilometres and \"Mi\" for a display in miles
2- Make sure the switch on the rear of the console is on \"VM\" for an exercise bike and \"VE\" for a cross trainer
3- Remove and replace a battery to reset the console
The right pedal (R) and the left pedal (L) do not screw on in the same direction:

Unscrew the pedals by one turn, then screw them back on very tightly

Tighten all visible screws

Unscrew the handlebar bracket tube and check that the cable connection has been made correctly
Make sure the black shim on the lower part of the cable has been removed

1-Check the connection of the connector coming out of the handlebars
2-Moisten your hands slightly and place both hands on the sensors

Look for the part number and click on 'NO’
1. Unplug the adaptor after each use.
2. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use.
3. Regularly check against the instructions that your bike is stable and that the screws are tight.
4. If you aren't going to use your bike for a while:
- remove the batteries
- don't leave your bike in direct sunlight or anywhere damp
